Odelia

singer / songwriter / rockstar
Alt Indie rock

Introspective, self-aware, and brutally honest, 19-year-old Baltimore native Odelia Elliott creates music that feels like a eulogy to fading memories. Her songs exude a distinct and deeply affecting sense of yearning and melancholy by blending hauntingly emotional vocals with guitar mastery.

Odelia’s musical journey began at age 5, when Jimi Hendrix’s “Foxy Lady” inspired her to pursue her dream of becoming a rock star. By age 11, she was fully immersed in music, honing her skills in guitar and vocals at School of Rock Baltimore. For high school she attended the Baltimore School for the Arts where she deepened Her dedication to music, majoring in jazz and classical guitar and graduated in 2024. That summer, she refined her craft further at the Grammy Camp songwriting program in Los Angeles.

Drawing inspiration from artists like Mannequin Pussy, Adrianne Lenker, and Slow Pulp, Odelia’s sound is as diverse as it is distinctive. Her methodical approach to music creates complex motifs, while her willingness to experiment results in fresh sonic landscapes.

She and her band have headlined shows at iconic Baltimore venues like The Ottobar, Wax Atlas, The Undercroft, Four Hour Day Lutherie, and Patterson Park.

Now studying at the Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts (LIPA) in the UK, Odelia continues to carve a path as a dynamic artist.
